Maybe my original post was too jumbled and all over the place, so I'll reiterate my previous thread's question in a much clearer tone.
My old x10 account from 2015 was deleted. I would like to create a new x10 account using the same email address as my last one, to avoid clutter and confusion on my end. However, when I try to sign up using this email, the form tells me that I already have an account, followed by a sign-in popup. Once I type in my old password, I am told that I'm signed in, no need to create a new account. However, if I try to access the cPanel from this dead account, I get the screen attached to this post. It tells me that I can create a new account with my old email, but this doesn't seem to be true.
All I want to do is make a new account.
