Create Sub Domain

I want to ask a Question About How to create a sub domain on the site and then upload files on it , PLZ help on because I want to know this thing Urgently .

well first you create one in cpanel and then a folder will be created automatically with the subname .. there you would upload the new content

zzz.xxx.x10hosting.com would create a folder called zzz in your public directory

From Where I opened the User Control Panel But i didn't know what should be pressed to create a new one?
Can u tell me the steps brief.

you open cpanel then click Subdomains under Domains, the rest is pretty selfexplaining, i can hardly imagine you lll have questions if you just go for it and try

Edit: keep in mind that the account panel is something completely different than the Cpanel

I Make the steps that u told to me but this message appear when i start :
"Sorry, x10Hosting is not currently accepting signups from your country (EG) as a result of high levels of abusive requests.

Please try back later."

I don't understand it , Please can u help me for what i have to do now?
