Creating account

My accunt was suspended and was in line for deletion when it was unsuspended. I was told by Anna

"You'd need to sign up for a new hosting account, if you do so while being logged into the account panel it'll get automatically linked to your current forum and client account."

but when I tried that I get

"Unfortunately we do not allow users to have more than one hosting account at a time. You can manage your current hosting account through our account panel."

I understand that everything is lost I just want to start over. So my question is how do I go about it like Anna said so that all account info is not lost?

You can not do it until the account panel reflects the fact that your hosting account has actually been deleted.

Hate to be a pain but you had said it was only going to take a couple days and it has been 7. Any better idea on how much longer? Has the synchronizing finished yet? Just was kinda excited to do something this weekend
