Creation Status

I've created my account and activated it but the status remains at unknown.

Why hasn't it been fully created yet?

there are a larger amount of accounts in the creation queue then normal... It might be a little while until the account is created. Meanwhile I would probably work on the site you are planning to put online on there.

Hello, please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be created, if after 48 hours there is no account still created please post back here and let us know.
