Cron emails (migration issue?)

Ok, I know all this migration stuff is going on, but I've just managed to access my cpanel & webmail and I have 60+ emails from the 'Cron Daemon' alerting me to a
Fatal Error...they're every 5 mins (as per my cron schedule) for the last 5-6 hours.

Please tell me these emails are a result of the migration.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/dcc420x1/public_html/ow_includes/init.php on line 35

They're still coming every 5 minutes

The emails displaying that error message stopped approx 4hrs ago, but in the last 2 hours I have been receiving the following error

Unable to create lock file: No such file or directory
Failed to start up concurrent users module!

Until the hardware upgrade/migration is finish on your server cluster - you will receive errors (from most anything) from time to time
