CSS Wont Update On Parked Domain

As you can see here, there is a font installed on my CSS.

This is it's parked domain, http://txtchan.org/.

The font wont update and I've waited several hours already. It seems like a weird cache error. Can an administrator fix this for me? The .css files just WONT update to my parked domain.

I had that in my htaccess already and nothing's happening. The cache isn't updating on my parked domain!

Can someone please help me?! I switched now to an addon domain and the cache wont update!!
