Curl is not working

My free hosting is not runing curl, when i try shows a white page.
The problem is not with my PHP files. Theres a way to get it running?

This is because we've disabled port 80 outbound for various security reasons. If there's a specific IP range/server you're trying to connect to, you can post it here with your reason and an administrator will look over it and possibly add it to the whitelist.
