The web is located in the server files in your folder, that has been migrated well.

I also have another problem, the email addresses I had pointing to the external domain and the eternal subdomain have disappeared or have been moved to the X10hosting domain. Can someone help me? I've been trying to add the external domain nokiajavi.tk but it won't let me, it tells me it already exists, but it doesn't get on the list and I can't create the subdomain and the electronic mail. Can you help me? Thank you.

The problems stem from the .tk being a domain pointer and not a full domain.

To achieve what you want it needs to be a separate domain, though I "think" that if you create a subdomain on the yourdomain.x10host.com domain it should also add the records for the domain pointer (it did on my account when I tested at least).

With a domain pointer however you will not be able to create any email addresses, for that it must be added as an extra domain, which means you need to remove it from domain pointers (take backups of your files just in case before making changes).

Once the domain is added as a full domain you'll want to copy files from the /domains/yourdomain.x10host.com/public_html to /domains/thepersonal.tk/public_html

If I understand you correctly, you mean I have to remove the nameservers from my tk domain and then be able to add it in x10hosting.com as a new domain? And once this is the domain I create everything again. So it seems that as the domain is pointing to nnos nameservers of X10hosting, that's why x10hosting.com won't let me add it as domain and tells me that already exists is that right? Thank you.

In DirectAdmin, under "Account Manager -> Domain Pointers", the .tk domain is already attached to the account.

Pointers are however slightly dumb domains and can't hold any email addresses or subdomains. You need to remove it from Domain pointer if you want to be able to create subdomains and email accounts using that domain.

When it is removed from Domain Pointer you need to add it as a full domain under "Account Manager->Domain Setup" using the option "add new"

This will give you the following two paths for public_html:
/home/username/domains/yourdomain.x10host.com/public_html/ (for the default domain)
/home/username/domains/yourpersonal.tk/public_html/ (for the .tk domain)

To have the .tk domain show the same as the x10host.com domain you need to COPY the contents from the first public_html to the second public_html

Make no changes at the registrars end at all.

Thank you very much, I have already been able to register the domain and create a subdomain, all I have left is to create mail accounts for the subdomain, but I have read that it is not possible with a subdomain, that I have to add the subdomain as a domain so that I leave myself. In that case, should I remove the subdomain and register it as a domain? That will work?

Thank you

You won't be able to have both personal.tk and subdomain.personal.tk linked with your account in any other way than you have right now, if you don't need personal.tk however you could do as you suggest.

As far as I can see you have managed to create an info@subdomain.personal.tk, is there anything that doesn't work as you expect with it?

When I try to log in from Outlook I get a connection error. The domain traduccionestapia.nokiajavi.tk does not exist as such, but as you say I want to keep both the principal and the subdomain so I can not do it right? A question other than this: can you no longer connect to mysql remotely? Thank you

Edit:
I have already managed to log in, the mail server must put the main domain to work.

Thank you very much for all the help. I only have to know if mysql can be accessed remotely.

No, mysql can't be accessed remotely (you shouldn't have been able with the cpanel setup either as firewall wouldn't have accepted the port from outside our network).

Thank you very much, if it is true, I will have confused myself with another website that I had before. Thanks for everything.
