I understand the terms of service require me to log in to the forums at least once every two weeks, but I am logging in daily or almost daily, and I am still getting inactivity suspensions every other day. I have seen a post or two about 'problems this week' causing such errors, but this has been going on for months now. Is there anything at all I can do to break this cycle, short of paying money I do not have for a paid account? Are others experience this kind of ongoing problem?

I've seen others with this problem. Usually, it happens when your forum account is not connected to your hosting account (for example, you signed up twice and are using a forum account linked to the opposite hosting account). A ticket should clear this up pretty quickly.

Is this the cPanel/Forum account you are having the problems with? If it is, let me know. I will try re-linking your account and we can see if that helps.

adamparkzer: If you read the OP correctly, he is been logging into the forum daily or bi-daily but still getting suspended and does not have the money to pay for a solution (and why should he, he is doing what is requested of him and still being suspended). Instead of sending him off for paying for inactivity, we need to fix his original problem.

I went in and checked what has been logged for your visits, and prior to today it says last visit was August 24th.

The most likely reason it has not been logged is that you have the forum set to remember you and only does a short visit. The system need a little time to recognize you as active. I always recommend a bit of browsing, especially to check what's new.

This might not provide full explanation in your case, but it is a common reason for the inactivity suspension to kick in although visits are made.

I was actually directing the original poster more to the bottom of the specified page where it explains under what circumstances a user may be suspended again for inactivity even after logging into the forums.

If these accounts aren't linked, I'm certainly not aware of it. I found the sign-up process slightly confusing, but I should only have one account. Thank you for the link, I haven't been lingering on the forums, so that may be part of the problem and I was unaware it made a difference. I'll try checking the forums a bit every time and see if this solves the problem. Thank you again!

I think so... If the cPanel account is what is used to access and edit the website, then yes. I'm sorry, I'm still comparatively new to having a webpage at all. If they aren't linked, I'm not certain why not, because I only went through the sign-up process once. Thank you for checking, I appreciate it!

Easy way to see if your visit of today is counted is by going to your Forum UCP (click on your name in member panel) and choose the tab "statistics" scroll down till you see General Information, the last activity is shown there, if you see the current date and time and your activity as "Moderating"(your inside User Control Panel, thus moderating your account) or "viewing user profile" (the page your viewing that info on) your visit is counted
