Data Base offline !

great hosting and i thanks X10 hosting Team , i am facing a problem my web http://aqeelks.x10.mx/ is not opening, saying unable to connect to database, when i open databases in cpannel, its say The MySQL® server is currently offline.
Please Resolve for me Thanks,

Chopin's mysql has been off and on all day. Literally only small periods of downtime then up for a while and back down.
