DATA BASE PROBLEM WORDPRESS

Hi whenever I try to install wordpress it says I have run out of database names.

I can't seem to find a hosting account attached to your forum account. Please could you link your forum account, by going to "Support" in the top right of your control panel?

I go to support but don't see anything about linking

I think I used to have it all linked but cuz its not simply got a log in-from-link button to get you into support it is stupid you have to remember two separate log ins.
