Database Access Denied issue

There seems to be an issue with my database. is this an issue you have to correct on your end or is it something I can on my end? The issues are listed below.

[Dbase Select failed] ( 1044 : Access denied for user 'efran_efran'@'int.chopin.x10hosting.com' to database 'efran_efran' )

Can't connect to database! Please notify webmaster

The db server name should be localhost

Have you created that user in your cPanel, and assigned it with correct privilegies to the database?

the database has been working fine until yesterday. i did a check on it and these results came back ok. I would have no reason to change anything and when i went into hesk install/setup i get this:

ok i resolved the issue. even though all the boxes had a check mark in them, i had to place a check mark in the "ALL PRIVILEGES" and update before it would actually allow me to access the database properly.

please close this ticket.
