Database down

My website was working great, but now I get
Error establishing a database connection
I also can't access the database section of DirectAdmin.

Does anyone know how to resolve the issue?

Since they removed the cpanel, they have been presenting this error several times, it is something related to the server-side mysql.
Also on my page, the error occurs, for a moment I thought it was my code or my database, but no, it is a problem on the server when using mysql.

So far they have not answered me if there is a solution,
The day before yesterday present the problem, not yesterday, today I present the problem again,
So we just have to wait.
