Database Error

After the Cpanel Migration, My site can't connect to the Database.


Can anyone help me?

Hello,

I am not seeing a hosting account associated with this forum account. What was your cPanel username?

it should be either "freshmen" or "freshmen1020"

freshmen1020 is the forum account that has the hosting account freshmen
It is easier on everyone if you make your requests for support using that Forum account.

1. Log into cPanel

2. Check cPanel --> Databases --> PHPMyAdmin to make sure your databases are still there

3. Check cPanel --> RemoteSQL and make sure that one of the hosts is

int.boru.x10hosting.com

4. Use cPanel --> Databases --> MySQLDatabases to create a new database user. Attach him with ALL PRIVILEGES to your database.
Open your script configuration file and replace the old username/password with the new one.
