Hi my website http://www.kingfamily.x10hosting.com stopped working a week or 2 ago

I understand there were server upgrades in progress, but I understood these were complete now, but my site is still not working. Looking in Cpanel I see the database I was using is no longer there. My database was on mysql-boru.x10hosting.com

Why would this disappear & how do I get it back? I read a few others experienced the same thing a week ago, but that this was supposed to be a temporary misreporting issue due to overloading - but surely that has passed now?

Hope someone can help!

Hello,

I found and restored one database for you. You'll need to re-create user for it though.

If it is the wrong database, please specify which database you want restored as we'd need to take a look on our backup server then.

Hi - database seems to be zero bytes in size - and no users are associated with it, so presuming not the right one?
Cheers

You'll have to recreate the user, the table that handles that information was corrupted. Just make sure you either set the same password as you have in the config file of your script, or that you remember to update the config with the new password set.

All databases does show 0 bytes for some reason, but seem to work anyways.

I have verified the database restored is the correct one.

Please re-open this thread or create a new one if further assistance is needed.
