Database missing

I need your help. My domain www.arozai.com is hosted on your server for over a year and month by month I have been renewed for free quietly, the problem comes when this week I try to access my website and I am unable to view it. As my domain is renewed for another year I access your control panel and observe that it can not connect to the database "arozaix1_wp494" data, I think it has gone. I do not see any stored in the backup server. You have a backup of my site?, You can help me somehow?.
