Hello I am currently located in boru server and all my databases are gone. I know some updates were done to the server, can this be the issue? Is there any way I can get back my databases? Thanks

---------- Post added at 03:52 AM ---------- Previous post was at 03:29 AM ----------

This is the error I am getting from my missing databases:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'pegaso_iga26'@'10.33.248.75' (using password: YES) in /home/pegaso/public_html/login.php on line 16
Access denied for user 'pegaso_iga26'@'10.33.248.75' (using password: YES)

Could you please try to restore my databases pegaso_laboratorio and pegaso_test

Thanks a lot

Hello,

I found and restored two databases for you.

You will likely need to re-create the database users for them though.

Thanks I can see now my two databases. However they are empty and they do not contain any table. Is there any way I can get a backup from my tables? It doesnt matter if the info contained is gone I just need the table structures and names. FYI the database sizes is 0.0 MB for both pegaso_laboratorio and pegaso_test. Can you please help me with that?

BY the way I already re-created the database user but the issue is still the same, databases empty.

Thanks

The DBs are not empty, it is a bug with cPanel not reporting them correctly.

You will need to delete any database users you had and re-create them, then assign them to the database again. This can be done from the MySQL section of cPanel.

Please try this and report back.

Hello Corey and thanks for your help. I have tried deleting all db users (only have one), re-creating it and assigning it to the DB, but the issue is the same. The strange thing is that in PHPmyadmin the databases seem to have tables(please check attached images), but when I click on them, it says the DB is empty.

Thanks

No, this DB were not InnoDB. This databases were created as standar MySQL databases using the MySQL DB wizard. The tables in the DBs were:

pegaso_laboratorio.actual
pegaso_laboratorio.economicos
pegaso_laboratorio.medicos
pegaso_laboratorio.nopagados
pegaso_laboratorio.permisionarios

pegaso_test.login

Let me know if this helps. Thanks

Looks like it was innodb. I will need to escalate this so we can look into it further.
