Databases lost.

Go to CPANEL and open the File manager. Select /home/"username".
You will see a file or files that start with your database's name. Download those files. Rename the files extension to (.sql)
Open phpMyAdmin. Select your database and press the Import option. Browse in your computer for the file with the sql extension nad press 'Go".
This worked for me and i hope it will work for you too.

I'm getting #1045 Cannot log in to the MySQL server when I try to get into phpMyAdmin. I know that I am putting in the login information correctly.
