Looking around the forums, it seems to be the case that the Default Address option under Mail is not available for free accounts in cPanel. The page for setting this address can be opened by going to "def.html" but changing the setting has no effect and no status is given when the change is committed.

The closest alternative is the "Email Domain Forwarders" feature in Mail under Forwarders, however this also fails to commit changes made to the configuration.

Is it at all possible to get the Default Address feature restored, or otherwise have a catch-all set up as a one time request for my account? My site has very low e-mail volume so I would hope this isn't too much trouble.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Just don't want my question to get lost. A number of other people who asked similar questions in the past were never responded to at all based on my searches of the forums.

Thanks.

Thank you for verifying this.

Is this the same reason the Domain Forwarder feature that is shown under Forwarders in cPanel for free users isn't working, or is that a bug?
