Why are there so much delays?

Like i uploaded few files into my FTP then i go inside the site nothing shows then i refresh then everything i installed in FTP shows :s

Why is there delays or lag please help! I've also tried forum when i post something and go main screen theres a delay then i refresh then my thread shows :/ Why is hosting doing this.

Hi hubforu2,

You might be seeing these issues to due to Varnish caching. Please could you try disabling Varnish caching, and let me know if you are still seeing this?

There wasn't any .htaccess file inside the FTP only file there was .ftpquota but i created new file .htaccess and added this line
Header set Cache-Control "max-age=0, private, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate"

Then saved and uploaded it but still the same issue delays...

What do you mean affected page?

I'm using a different domain name.... with x10hosting but the problem is dude example i uploaded an image folder that contains images in it or just a general index.html... Once i go to my site link in my browser it comes up with images folder but i have to refresh the page to see other new contents that i uploaded example index.html.... which can be confusing but like i said its a delay or a lag i never had this issue like back in days when i used to have x10 as hosting but i came back today to see if this issue ran away but its still there and im having trouble to fix it!

I'm asking because the hosting account you are posting from appears to have no files in public_html. Is this happening on another account, perhaps?

Yes sir it is... But sorry if this isn't allowed I've tried like 3-4 accounts now and it still isn't changing anything like everything is same specially the delays but i don't think its happening now since i uploaded the htaccess but ill try once more again installing the forum again!

Also can i know what packages comes with free hosting? Like it is limited space and bandwidth?

All accounts on our free hosting service have unmetered bandwidth. Initially, your account will be limited to 1GB of disk space. Once your account is 7 days old and you have used 50% of the space you already have, you can request for a free upgrade to unmetered disk space.
