In Progress Delete account?

Sorry if I'm an idiot for asking this question, but how do I delete my x10hosting account?

You can't do it yourself, it has to be done by admins at this time, which we will do upon request.

Do you want only the service removed or the account as a whole?

Service is set for termination and will be removed shortly, the panel account has been closed pending deletion.
