Why can actually be good to know, sometimes it is possible to fix the account, but it is true we don't require them to tell.
I have set the service to terminate and it should be removed within a few minutes.
Do you also want the dashboard account removed or were you planning on creating a new service?

as kenny9 stated x10 hosting usually lets the inactivity route play out.
this can take about 60+ days to play out without logging in to it.
if you keep logging in expecting it to be gone you wont complete the inactivity needed.
also admins wont usually reply to old posts.

Why I have to wait for a account deleteion if i just ask you to delete my account. It can't be so hard to delete my account... I ask for 9 month now. What is this service

the free forums are mostly users helping other users, (volunteers)
staff/admins only check fresh posts from time to time.
they are not here 24/7 in the free forums.
and helpers are limited to what they can do.
only x10 staff/admins have the power to handle your request.
your original post was made 9 months ago,but you did not reply back for at least 6 months
since an admin replied. with a question ...

but you did not answer them at the time.
that made this an old post which was considered resolved since you didnt reply back in April.
when people do not reply back staff moves on to other recent posts not old ones.
as i said earlier i asked a staff member to review this post.
now we have to wait for them to reply..
