Deleted account

This is directed to the staff of x10hosting. A little over 2 weeks ago I subscribed to a free hosting account. It was working flawlessly and I was very pleased. But yesterday I discovered my website to be gone. I traced back my steps and It had to be because of inactivity on x10hosting. The thing is, I was very actively updating my site on an almost daily basis, but I was running wordpress on it, so i forgot to log in to x10hosting. So now I've lost all of my logs on my weblog and I ask of you to please reinstate my website if the files are still available and I will log in to x10hosting from then on frequently. My website address was senorbalt.exofire.net. I hope that's enough information for you to know which site i'm talking about.

If you created a hosting account a couple of weeks ago, it was with a different Forum username (srbalt account began on Feb 5)

Please use that username to make your request. Also include your cPanel account username.

Yes that is correct, I just made this account to post this question because I believe my other account has been deleted. That account had a website called senorbalt.exofire.net and I used the e-mail address baltthomas@live.com. My username and cpanel username I can't recall, is there any way to retrace that information? I believe my username for the forums could be balt01 or senorbalt.

Just a small addition to my blog post yesterday: Yes I have indeed danced the tango. And I have to say…It was a lot of fun! We had an introduction group lesson which was divided into three parts, at least that was what I had understood. The lesson went as following:

Hello,

First of all, forum accounts are never deleted. You should always use the forum account balt01 to keep your hosting account active, as only logging in from that forum account periodically (at leas once every 31 days) will keep it for being suspended for inactivity. Also all support questions must be directed from that forum account.

As for your site being in accessible, there's maintenance going on which includes migrating all accounts on your server to a new server. For information about that (and other things that may come in the future) check this page: http://status.x10hosting.com/
