deleted all Dir files

hello,

i am new on x10hosting and doesn't know a lot about building a site
so i deleted all the files in the main Dir folder

how can i get them back?
and i cant find anything in the trash

can i contact x10hosting.com and ask them to restore those files?


note: the files are the original files that x10hosting gave me at first

Do you have anything in your account worth saving? Databases for instance?

If not the easiest way would be if we terminate and recreate the account with the same information.

I have this same problem i'm a total noob when it comes to using hosting. Could this be done for me or can i cancel my account somehow and then register again?

You can also try to restore your original files by going to cPanel -> Files ->Legacy File Manager and see if can restore anything from there.

Do you have anything left in your home directory? Did you wipeout the whole thing?
