deleted all files

I stupidly just deleted all the files in public_html, which I worked all night on.

Is it possible for any technicians to restore the files?

If you were using Filezilla and didn't turn off the PC then the edited files can still be around in a Filezilla temp folder on your PC, though you would have to redo the directories.
Note that if you're able to and if they don't have a backup.
