Deleted my site -- need to restore my backup files

I need to restore site back to 9/29/2015 or a few days earlier. Tried using R1soft, but, do not think I used it correctly.

Please help.

Hi,

Within your home directory, there is another directory named "home" with all your files in. It looks like these files are from September 28th. If you want to restore this backup, you should be able to move "/home/cofeex2/public_html" back to "/public_html".

As soon as the files are in public_html, the site is "live". (Do note, though, that you may have to clear your cache to see it, depending on what was displayed previously.)
