Denied Access to Account

Hi,

I have a new free x10hosting account (alexennever.x10host.com) which I was forced to create after being denied access to my original account (the new account uses the same email as the old account).

I would like to delete the website I have hosted on the old account (alexennever.x10.mx) but am unable to as I no longer have access to it.

Hi,

The website alexennever.x10.mx is under a different email address to alexennever.x10host.com. If you can sign in, you can delete the account by going to "Settings" then "Delete Account". If you cannot access your account, please use the "Forgot My Password" option.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with alexennever.x10.mx and you have forgotten the password, you would have to wait until the account is naturally suspended for inactivity. ;)

Yes when I initially signed up for the account with domain alexennever.x10.mx it was with a particular email address which I still use. Recently I changed the email address associated with alexennever.x10.mx to an email address which is now shared with the new account. When I attempt to reset the password for the old account using the initial email address I do not receive a reset link (checked spam). Resetting using the email I changed it to is what forced me to create a new account and now obviously will only reset for the new account.

It seems the easiest solution is simply to wait for the account to be suspended for inactivity. Once this is done, does that mean the site and its associated content will no longer be accessible ever again? It would be great if the account and content is actually deleted.

Your account will be suspended - and it will be fully terminated (deleted) in no less than 21 days after that

NOTE: forum, and client, accounts remain, only the actual hosting part is deleted
