Detelete service request

helllo,
I no longer need x13@gadwjjlo and the domain connected to it. I nned to start a new service with one of the sub-domains but ı could not figur out how to delete that service. Could you help me?

You could just add the new domain as an additional domain in your current service, then make the new the default domain and delete the original one. You would do this in the account panel (x10hosting.com/panel)
No need to actually terminate the service to achieve what you want.
