Did not get to make a forum username and forum password

I didn't get a prompt to make a forum user name or forum password, or an ftp username and ftp password when I registered, so I cannot sign in to the account system login or the website builder. I searched my cpanel for an answer or link to this info. but can't find one. Please help!

Hello, your account is linked to your forum username correctly, your ftp username is the same as your cpanel username and password, which your username is gbenmd53.
