Did you see it turning clockwise or anticlockwise?

When i first looked at this, a few weeks ago on another site, I saw it ONLY going clockwise, Then after staring at it for about 10 mins it started going the other way. And now when I look at it, it changes direction every few seconds.

It's just a mind trick, really. Depends on what you're thinking about at the moment, although some people really can't make it turn the other way. I can make it turn in the opposite direction almost continually.

I see clockwise; don't even see how it can be interpreted as counterclockwise, but that might just be me

Mostly Anti-clockwise. though I looked away at one point and looked back it she was rotating clockwise! But not its back to anti-clockwise.

I seem to infer some sort of 3d shape of her body now, and i can't get it to change back to clockwise. DARN!

I can change it at will, by looking away and 'imagining' it turning the way I want. I had a brain injury and it feels really good like a physical therapy exercize for the injured part, strengthening it/ letting the energies flow first one way, then the other...

Jesus that's freaky. I'm actually at a loss for words (it's rare!)....

*thinks*

Nope. Nothing intelligent to say on the matter at all, but that is rather odd. I would be inclined to say it's debatable whether it really is a right/left brain thing, but nevertheless, an interesting article.

And a bloody good active desktop item, too.

EDIT: Starting to irritate me =/ I will probably find myself shouting "go clockwise, woman!!" in a minute...

EDIT: #2: She won't go anti-clockwise anymore. LOL. Very clever.... but gotta somehow be fake. I refuse to be tricked ;p

Clockwise

Can't get her direction change xD

EDIT:

After a long time of concentrating I just saw it turning anti-clockwise

This is what I did
I was looking at her but then I look at my feet and while looking at my feet she turns anti clockwise but after I look at her directly she again turns clockwise.

Try to look at her indirectly

EDIT:

Now I can see her turning clockwise and anticlockwise directly,

to change direction try to concentrate on the shadow.

BTW I think its fake, by fake I mean its not the test of our brains but its programmed.

What is programmed? The turning clockwise and anticlockwise?
No way! It's an animated gif. It shows the same sequence if images over and over again. And I manage to change the direction whenever I want. How did they manage to program that?

I read somewhere that if you can get her to change direction, your IQ is above 160.

You can test this by scrolling the window to just the dancers head and you can clearly see the dancer changing directions has nothing to do with your brain!
The picture is not an illusion you see the dancer changing directions because that is what the image does!

Dont fall for these types of scams do not give your money to anyone using images such as this one LOL. And whatever you do, DO NOT take advice about your brain! LOL

The foot is the way to change it. I had to ask my partner, because honey I stared at it FOREVER and couldn't change it's direction, then I looked at the shadow and I was FREAKED because it switched on me and I couldn't make it switch back. I was like oh gawud what is this. lol. Of course, he realized quickly if you look at the feet you can make it go the way you choose. This was a good one. lol. Thanks.

It is an illusion: it's possible to keep her going the same way for several rotations. And then the other way for several rotations. It's a gif, as pointed out before by the way.
