Difficulty getting into cPanel

I can't get in to the cPanel, which is really confusing me as it has worked before on the same computer, same browser etc.
I have also tried using the direct link, yet this just gives me the error message "The login is invalid."
It's now at the point where I've been given an account suspension warning for inactivity - does anybody have any idea what's going on?

Please could you confirm that you are using thetower as your username when you are logging in?

I did as you said and tried thetower as my username instead of my email address, but I get exactly the same thing: it says that an error has occurred and asks me to try the direct link, which (even when using thetower) still fails.

I believe Bryon was working on something regarding this, can you let us know if it's still occurring? From what I know it has to do with cPanel's password requirements and a password not meeting them.

Whatever Bryon did, it worked - I can now get in no problem (even with a password that I admit probably wasn't the strongest - I've changed it now).
