Resolved Direct admin migration

• Hi I'm a novice here and totally confused by the server migration. I've had a free website account .x10.bz for many years. It's now disappeared and I don't know how to get it back? Any help much appreciated. Thanks

As you should know, free accounts require a login every 30 days.
if you miss that your account would typically be suspended,
then you would have an additional 20 to 30 days to get it unsuspended.
if you again miss that extra period of time your account would be purged.
(automatically)

then there is usually another amount of time that a staff member could
retrieve your files/account if possible if it was not violating the terms.

whether or not they can depends if it can be recovered or not.
but only staff or an admin can do that regular members cant.
so all you can do for now is wait for support or an admin to reply.

I'll flag it for the admin team to see if it can be recovered. I'm not sure if it can or can't, but your last valid login was 16 months ago.

Thank you, I tried to un suspend my account but always had this error, so I messaged via facebook but received no reply.

Facebook is not the primary point of support, these forums together with our Discord channel are and will in most cases give you the fastest support.
I see your account properly on the actual server, though with a different domain then you initially signed up for, did you ge this resolved already?
