Ah Port Talbot, I know it well. It was bad a decade ago and would not be entirely surprised if things had not gotton much worse now that the refinery has all but been dismantled. Unemployment was a grim prospect back then, now with even less jobs in town people really are broke so the fact this rotten apple thought he could get away with this disgraceful behavior does not surprise me.

It is said that everbody has their price and when your meagre income is has been spent on paying rent, bills and then food.. in that order then selling ones dignity becomes not a question of IF but how much?

This 'officer' is just the pustulant head of a much larger boil on the backside, especially when you consider that traffic police work in pairs in the UK.
