Disk full - please upload later during FTP upload

ERROR: Disk full - please upload later

My server is stoli.

I'm getting this error, I was trying to upload files and this appeared.

Anywhere I try to upload files says that and erasing some files then uploading doesn't fix the problem.

Help?

Does anyone care about our accounts? Please fix this! I can see problems during the night but during the day is not acceptable. I know we are getting this free but come on I should be able to upload my files.

This is happening again please fix! Again please do system changes at night! I need to be able to upload my files.

You do realize that night for you may be daytime for others? Our userbase is international, so whenever we do maintenance someone is going to be unhappy.

There has been no system change, however it appears some users thought it to be fair to use up a lot of the system disk space by uploading copyright infringing materials.
