"Disk Quota Exceeded"

When I try to edit files, it only says this:

Could not write (path): Disk quota exceeded

My disk quota wasn't exceeded. I've used 260 MB of 1 GB.
I need help, I can't edit files because of this!

UPDATE: Now all my files are corrupted.

I can't seem to find a hosting account associated with your forum account. Please could you link your hosting account to your forum account, by going to "Get Support" in the top right corner of cPanel?

There seemed to be an issue regarding your account's quotas, which should now be fixed. Are you still having issues logging into cPanel?

Additionally, it looks like you had a few file permission errors, which was why the files looked "corrupt". I've switched the file permissions to as they should be. All directories need to be 755 and files need to be 644.

I didn't exceed my storage limits and I try to save my html file and it says "Could not write “/home/lukesqui/public_html/games-made/naruto.exe.html”, you may be over quota: Bad file descriptor." Please help ASAP because I am a daily user of this hosting website and I have to do a lot of work so

Delete any files/folders you don't need to be there. Doing that should drop you under the inode limit.

I don't know. For some reason, it was saying that 10 hours ago, but now it's fine. But something strange is happening with my files. Why is it that every time I upload a zipped file it deletes itself later when I am not looking. My website is here: http://lukesquickbrowser.x10host.com/games-made/Naruto.exe/naruto.exe.html. As you can see when you click the button to download the game from my website directly, it says there is no such thing found. I have the URL perfect. At the moment I am uploading another copy, but it will take a while since it is 507.13 MB. Can you please help me.

x10hosting now deletes files 10 MiB (or larger) in size - of any type - that have been on the server for more than about 4 hours - from non-upgraded free-hosting accounts
