Disk Quota exceeded?

Hi. I havent updated my website since January when everything worked OK. Now when I try to ftp files to my website I get the message 'You may be over quota'. The website works fine but I am unable to update it.
Also if I go to https://xo4.x10hosting.com via Internet Explorer I get the message 'This page cant be displayed'. However it works in Chrome.

Hi,

You had hit your initial disk space limit of 512MB, but since you qualify, I have now upgraded your account for unmetered disk space.
