Disk Quota Exceeded

Hi, I've been a member for nearly a decade now, and this is the first time I've encountered an error that says that I already exceeded by Disk Quota. I was trying to update my Wordpress site and this shows when I was downloading the update. Can you please help me? Thanks...

Hi,

It looks as though your account's disk space is being mostly taken up by a directory called backupcontent and a file called public_html.tar.gz. You might want to consider downloading and then deleting these files.
