Disk space request

Looking to continue using this service to it's fullest but I've ran into one big issue, I'm running out of disk space rather quickly, can I request for more, I've been using this service for a few months now and I am very happy with out it's working so far.

The forum account you are posting from does not have a linked hosting. We can't do anything due to this as there is no way to know which account is even yours.

All support requests needs to come from the forum account that was created (and linked) when you set up your hosting account.

If you do not know what forum account is attached to the hosting you can see information when you login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account.

Yea, that has been an issue for a while now, but you should still be able to login to the forums with the automatically created forum account that already is linked.
