Disk Space Upgrade

Hi Admin / Staffs,
I would like to upgrade my Free Hosting Storage to Unlimited, I've completed the Unmetered Requirements. (I think not.)

• Registered my Account to April 29
• 160.33 MB / 512 MB ~ Ive deleted necessary files
  
• I dont know if my site will fall in your terms of service

And
Can you fix my ip address from your blacklist I guess, because my Website was always showing "403 Forbidden"

Unfortunately we cannot upgrade your account to unmetered disk space at this time, since we require that your account is using at least 50% of your current disk space limit. This means that you would need to already be using 256MB to qualify.

Can you fix my ip address from your blacklist I guess, because my Website was always showing "403 Forbidden"

Your connection is being blocked because the IP address you are connecting from is listed on a third-party blacklist, due to malicious activity. Do you share your connection with anyone else?
