Main Domain whozat.x10.mx

A couple of days ago my usage went from nearly 0/512MB to over the limit when it appears that public_html was started to be included in the figure.
This means my disk space is no longer unlimited as I understand it should be, and I cannot add anything to my site.
It also seems to be preventing my email account on there from working. As it was linked to my account I may not have received any communication sent about this. In retrospect I realise this probably wasn't a good idea and have changed to an external account.
Please advise what I need to do to get this limit changed.

public_html is meant to be included in the disk space usage. As for the unlimited storage offered, see this thread for more information: http://community.x10hosting.com/thr...-unlimited-disk-quota-learn-more-here.173837/

Short story, we do limit new accounts initially, but if you meet the requirements those limits can be lifted. This is a middle way to prevent abuse by people deciding to use us for filestorage rather then for building a website.

Thankyou for your reply. I now understand that it isn't a problem as such. I've opened this:

As I currently cannot add anything I am literally waiting for this to be sorted. I'm not looking to jump the queue, but would appreciate it if you could just confirm that I have made the right request in the right way as I don't want to cause any extra delay.
