Disk Space

I am trying to update some of my pages. The ftp service is saying that the disk space allocated is full. I tried to log in to cPanel and it said to contact admin to remove unused files due to disk space being full. Can you help me? Should I move my includes out of the /www directory, would that help my space? How much disk space do I get? I didn't see a limit when I opened account, it said unlimited. I don't think I need much more disk space than I have now but I would like to finish updating pages.

Each user on x10Hosting gets unmetered disk space; this is out of your control.
Everyone on the server 'Starka' are currently having issues related to FTP and cPanel.
Please wait for an administrator to fix the problem; hopefully this will be solved soon.
