try pinging the subdomain that currently goes there... it should resolve to an ip .... you can do that on the command line simply ping subdomain.domain.com

Argh I just got this:

It is not possible to setup a reseller domain using a CNAME record, this is due to reasons with the DNS configuration in offering sub domain hosting off your own domain.

you can just forward it to the other domain... the other domain would then show up in the browser address bar but you would get there by the subdomain you want
