Does x10hosting turn .css off after a certain matter of time of free account?

I was working on my wordpress site and then all of a sudden the .css stop working period. anybody know whats going on?

Definitely not! Next time you see this, please could you open Developer Tools (hit F12) and let me know what error shows in the Console tab? Your site seems to be showing normally for me right now.

thank you for your quick reply, where do I open the developer tool panel at? This is weird, my PC displays my website perfectly, and my Mac lost the CSS. Must be my Firewall

It's a part of your browser (assuming you're using either Chrome of Firefox). You can get to it either through the browser's menu or by right-clicking (or command/control-clicking) on the web page and selecting the option to "inspect".
