I have a site that I put into the "public_html" folder (which is the root folder), but when I load the website I get a message saying "Domain document root not found." I tried going into one of the directories by adding to the URL and it said the file is not on the server. I noticed that on my other site, every folder in "public_html" has a "_notes" folder with "dwsync.xml" in it. Could this have something to do with my problem? And how come it automatically put those files on one of my websites but not the other?

Hi,

The website solarsystem.x10.bz currently appears to be loading. If you are not seeing your site, please try clearing your cache. ;)

These are hidden files created by Dreamweaver, and they should not cause any problems. :)

Thank you,

Thank you,

I cleared my cache but still nothing. I tried it again on a different computer and got the same result, I think it may be something with this wifi. I tried on my phone and it loads. Thanks for the quick response!

Sounds like ISP DNS cache, if it worked when you tried a mobile network.

Yeah, this was the problem. I talked to the network admins and they said that they cache it for 24 hours. Everything is working perfectly today :)
