Hello. I have a subdomain set up and it is working: www.grace.praying210.x10host.com

I have another subdomain with another service that I am trying to point to the above x10 page. That subdomain is: http://grace.praying210.com/

However, when I try to access the x10 page with this 'praying210.com' subdomain, I get the following error: " Domain document root not found."

I am suspecting it is something to do with how I set up the subdomain that is pointing to my x10 page. Here are my settings, please advise:

I don't know if the problem is arising from the server that is pointing (wix.com), or the one that is being pointed to (x10host.com). When I receive the error, there is a little favicon that might be a clue:

Hi,

You would need to add your domain as a Parked or Addon domain your control panel to fix this, since this effectively associates the domain with your account. If the server sees a domain it does not recognise, the "Domain document root not found" message appears.

However, cPanel automatically checks that any domain you add to your account is pointing to x10Hosting's nameservers. This is for security reasons, to ensure that nobody adds a domain they do not own. Unfortunately, you therefore wouldn't be able to use A/CNAME records from Wix to do this. You would need a domain where you can change the nameservers so that they point to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

Thank you,
