Can you try to ping or trace route to the site?
Could be your ISP blocking connections to x10 or the x10 firewall blocking your IP (if you have multiple login failures via FTP, etc)

Your site's up and active, so there's no problem with your account. You've probably been firewalled, which is usually an FTP authentication failure issue. Someone with adequate (staff) access will have to check the firewall list. If that is the issue, to prevent it from happening again once it's cleared, you'll have to set your FTP client for a single connection. (There is a limited connection pool, and if you request multiple connections when the pool is full, they'll fail.)

Hi sandy.beach,

Your IP address was automatically blocked by Illuminated's firewall for 5 failed IMAP (email) login attempts in just 5 minutes.

I've now removed your IP address from the firewall, but you should probably check your email client, etc, to prevent this from happening again :)
