domain faks.sytes.net again not working

Hi dear support my domain stopped working many hours back i was at chat and nobody were helping sow i started tread to be heard and not to be ignored .

Sytes.net needs the dns changed to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. I don't see how placing a subdomain url as a main domain, addon or parked domain could even work anyway without at least placing the primary domain as one of the three first.

well i used DNS Host (A) i used server ip from main domain pointed it by name to domain and it were working until something administrator did wrong or changed .

Did you only just change it within the last day?

I do not see that domain as being attached to your cPanel at all, not as parked, not as addon domain.

A record would work just fine for pointing the domain to the server.

calistoy: it works just fine to set a subdomain of any other domain as main, addon or parked, as long as it points to the server properly. Things like mx records might be a bit more problematic though.
