domain name

hey everyone i want to use a domain i have and i want to use it as a parked domain but how do i point it to my wordpress site?

If it's listed in Addon Domains, go there and edit the Document Root by clicking the pencil icon right of the current path.

nope that didnt work, and if i try to add it as a parked domain i get

also the addon domain only works for the home page and the other pages show mysitename.x10hosting.com or whatever it is

i figured out my issue i think, unless someone chimes in and tells me i can do this a different way, when i made my wordpress site i used the default url given to me by x10 but if i install it on the domain i have that will do what i want i would just have to backup and transfer my site over

All you would need to do is go into wordpress settings and put in your new domain
