domain not connected

Hi I am new and need help. When I type my own domain, it has error. It said the domain is not connected. TIA

The domain on your account is not using our nameservers or pointed via DNS at all. Please make sure you update the nameservers or DNS as indicated on your panel.

the nameservers need to be updated at your domain registrar which I believe is google.

i have added ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com on google under custom server about 1 hour ago. also i did unlock the domain, and google issued me a transfer code, but i dont know where to put it. do u know how long it takes to be effective?

You are not looking to transfer the domain, so you do not need the transfer code (nor will free hosting have an option to transfer a domain into the account).

Your domain works fine, except for the fact you have not issued a proper SSL cert for it, the domain currently uses the server cert which means anyone going to your domain will get a security error.

If the domain still does not work from your end, you might need to clear your DNS cache, or simply wait a bit longer.
