Domain not connecting to x10

I am using the free service with a Joomla setup for my website. This works on the x10.mx domain that is connected to the service.
However, when i try to use the custom domain I have added I don't get any sign of it being connected to x10 when visiting the URL.

I have tried the URL with a different host just to check if it wasn't a problem with the domain provider.
With the correct nameservers I got it to work on the other host.

When setting the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com it doesn't seem to be doing anything. (see attachment)
When checking on Who.is it shows the nameservers are in fact there. (see attachment)

Is there any way I can fix this?

If this is about the custom .nl domain I see in your account, it does not show as using our name servers when checking with an online tool: https://intodns.com/

Did you recently change the nameservers? It could take some time to propagate, and until it has it won't work properly (but may work in some areas). Another online tool to check propagation indicates this may be the case as I can see the x10 name servers on one of the locations queried by that tool: https://www.whatsmydns.net/
